The location of this hotel is great and convenient, close to many good restaurants and local stores. The room was recently renovated with a very comfy bed. They offer a wide range of goodies for breakfast.

Location and price of the facility was awesome
Customer service very poor......we complained about bad smoke smell in our room for the duration of our visit we didn't receive any commendation.

The room here is newly decorated, very spacious, and the bed is super comfy, the location is convenient, and the staff is friendly and attentive.

Its rooms were newly decorated and extremely spacious. The bathroom was good, and the bed was very comfy. As for me, the location was great, really close to the Airport and shopping malls, Downers Grove, IL 60515 and major shopping outlets.

Overall "run down and not clean" vibe. Front door obviously hadn't been cleaned in days. Depressing long, dark hallways. Mirror in the room had fingerprints and smears. Didn't look like the dresser top had been wiped. Kitchen sink was dirty. Kitchenette in general was run down. Old fridge had stains on the outside. Didn't have the courage to actually open the fridge or cabinets. Avoid this place if possible.

This place is located in a great spot in the Chicago suburbs, close to a Burger King for quick dining options.

Horrible cigarrette smell through entire facility, top to bottom and inside rooms. I'm asthmatic and can't tolerate this but the surrounding hotels were booked full. NOT happy
